Leadership & Experience

Smahle Solutions is supported by more than 30 years of leadership and delivery experience spanning the public and private sectors. This experience includes Information Systems and ICT governance, digital transformation, business analysis, programme and project management, corporate services, financial management, supply chain management and organisational governance.

Our leadership experience extends from strategic and executive-level decision-making through to the practical implementation of complex programmes, information systems, governance frameworks and business processes. This enables Smahle Solutions to combine strategic advisory capability with an understanding of what is required to implement and sustain solutions in practice.

Our Multidisciplinary Capability

Our experience extends across the full lifecycle of Information Systems, including strategy, requirements analysis, sourcing, implementation, governance, risk management and ongoing support. This technology capability is complemented by extensive experience in Corporate Services, including Human Capital Management, Corporate Communications, Legal and Auxiliary Services.
